Welcome to Starr Beauty Bar! We are a beauty bar located in Pasadena, MD specializing in lash services & tanning. I am Ciera, the owner & founder of Starr Beauty Bar. I am a multi-certified lash tech and spray tanning specialist! Our goal is to make clients feel beautiful while ensuring they have a relaxing, cozy & sanitary experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation Payments will be >> automatically << charged to your card on file. In the event that your card declines this charge, you will be banned from re-booking unless the cancellation fee is sent over within 48 hours. No-Call / No-Shows will be charged accordingly and banned from re-booking with any artist on the salon premises. Please communicate with me immediately should an emergency/illness come up! Thank you!
